When installing your Intelizzz device it is important you install your device where it can get a good GPS Signal . If your device has woken but in a different location this is because it was unable to get a GPS Fix and has provided an approx location using the SIM card which estimates your location using you nearest cell towers .

In order to get a good GPS Fix you will need to re locate you device where it can see the sky , please note you device WILL  penetrate both glass and plastic .

Yes of course . You can change your wake up times as many times as you like . Please note : your new wake up time will only take effect on the time you last set for eg; If your device wakes up at 8am daily and you want to change this to say 12noon your new wake up time will be set at 8am the following day and then change to your chosen time .

Yes . If your device was in a bad reception area but has a good GPS Signal your device will still wake up and collect the location . When your device next wakes it will upload the missing locations . 

Yes . Intelizzz is programmed to wake up everyday so even if it does not have any cell reception it will still wake and collect GPS Data.

This is personal preference but strongly advised . It important you have push notifications set if you want to receive any tamper alerts or geo fence alerts if you have set them .

No . Installation is critical to the device connecting and is very important that this step is carried out properly otherwise it could be useless in a theft situation when you need it most .

Your device may connect using the cell signal but in most cases your device will not get a GPS Signal due to the amount of metal surrounding it . In estate cars and hatchbacks you should be ok .

No , even if you take you device to another country there is no cost per month . Once you have paid for your device there are no other hidden costs .

Intelizzz has a built in sim card which will connect to the best network available , currently we have agreements with O2,EE & Vodafone . If there is bad reception with O2 Intelizzz will connect to the next best signal .

If Intelizzz was unable to connect it will still collect and store GPS data and upload on the next wake up so no data is lost . 

If Intelizzz is unable to get a GPS Signal but has a cell signal it has a fall back of LBS ( Location Bases Services ) When the device connect using cell signal it scopes out the nearest cell towers and provides an approx location , this location is generally around 50-100 meters away but can be closer or further from the device depending on whether the device is in a rural area or within a populated area . Rural areas tend not to be as accurate as city centres .

Inside the box you will find a double sided velcro pad which will affix to a carpet trim and also has a super sticky side which will affix to other surfaces .

Intelizzz has a 3year battery life which is based on 1 wake up per day which is recommended . There is an option to increase the wake up to 4 per day but will affect the battery life accordingly . 

No . Intelizzz is a sealed waterproof device that cannot be opened . Intelizzz's battery will last for 3 years based on 1 wake up per day . 

Once the 3 years is up your device will automatically be switched off and the cell service terminated . Closer to the time you will be contacted with an offer to return and replace the device at a reduced cost yet to be confirmed . 

Intelizzz has a 3 year battery life with one wake up per day , if more wake ups are selected this will reduce the battery accordingly .

As with all Thatcham Approved device you have the comfort of being able to contact our emergency control room who will work with the police to help recover your vehicle . This applies to the UK only . 

There are processes to follow if your vehicle is stolen which are printed on a card inside each device sold .

Unlike wired trackers you are unable to track Intelizzz live instantly , there is the option however to set Intelizzz to locate mode which will put the device in to live tracking mode on the next wake up time you chose when setting gate device up .

Intelizzz has a built in light sensor so if found and exposed to light it will wake you device and send its location , it is important you have push notifications set to receive these important alerts .

Intelizzz is also unique in that it does not have an ON/ OFF switch so if found thieves CANNOT simply turn off the device .
